To develop essential strength one must include compound lifts like lunges, deadlifts, and squats in their workout routines. Plyometric activities like the box jumps, broad jumps, and depth jumps can increase explosive power by strengthening fast-twitch muscle fibers. Additionally, regular lower body training helps improve the posture, balance, and athletic performance of athletes in general.
Hence, we can say that concentrating on weight transfer, foot stability, and lower body strength can greatly enhance the (GRF)ground response forces, leading to overall improvement in athletic performance. Regularly incorporating these components into your training regimen may create a stronger, more explosive foundation for success in any activity.
