Nutrition counselling for performance training is integral at the academy. But it’s important to know that it’s a slow, long and deliberate process that involves the entire team - the fitness team watches energy levels pre, during and post work-out, the coaching team deliberates on fatigue and hydration during training and in competition, the warden watches their portions. We leave no stone unturned to help the nutritionists give the best guidance they can. Building consistency around eating habits and knowledge of how it works on the body is what we strive to give every child.
